This is the shoe conversion size for Nike.
Please note that for the kids or youth shoe size, they usually put "Y" at the end of the size. Example for a size 6 kids you will see on the shoe box as 6Y (Youth) or GS (Grade School). So if you see a shoe that says Size 6Y GS it means 6 youth or grade school.
